When the mysterious and worldly Paula Decker isn't opening up taprooms, or traveling to exotic places to sample the local fare and flavor, she can be found walking her little dog Elvis in Philadelphia. In her daily life she sells air for a living. She is married to Curt Decker, the owner of Nodding Head Brewery and Restaurant.
